What is your favorite Holiday Song?
I Like Most Holiday Music But this one is the latest that stuck in my head

Honestly, most holiday music quickly gets on my nerves. Sorry. But I AM gonna buy Twisted Christmas, the new Christmas album from Twisted Sister. Yes...I DID say TWISTED SISTER!

i have to agree with Fingey on this one. As much as I love Christmas and Holiday songs, the repitition of the songs (no matter who sings them) get old pretty quickly. There's a station in my area that started playing Holiday songs at the beginning of November.
I have to admit that listening to Korn or Disturbed sing 'Grandma got run over by a Reindeer' would be entertaining to say the least.
Look, I didn't hear any screaming or squishing sounds. |

I have to admit that there have been times when I have heard The Christmas Song ( Chestnuts Roasting Over An Open Fire) so many times that I have reached a point where I have just screamed, literally. I now wholeheartedly avoid the radio during the holidays.

She'd been drinking too much egg nog,
and we begged her not to go,
but she'd forgot her medication,
so she staggered out the door, into the snow,
When we found her Christmas morning,
at the scene of the attack,
she had hoofprints on her forehead,
and incriminating claus-marks on her back,
do-do-do
Grandma got run over by a reindeer,
walking home from our house, Christmas Eve,
you can say there's no such thing as Santa,
but as for me and Grandpa, we believe...

I love listening to classical and spiritual christmas music. But I will admit that I enjoy listening to the non-spiritual stuff too. I even get a laugh out of Spinal Taps Christmas With The Devil. But I really like listening to the new age and celtic christmas works.

We gave up on that years ago and bought a fake one. Sure it's a bit of a hassel to store, put up, decorate, and take down but on the plus side we don't have to water it every day and it's not a fire hazard.
My parents listen to the Neil Diamond and Christian Christmas music and I shut my door and turn up my rock. The only time I'll actually listen to Christmas music is on Christmas Day and even then it's on low.

Yeah, the plastic tree is the way I go too. I love a real tree, but they are a pain to clean after. Evenetually though, when I buy my own house, I plan to get real trees. Right now, fake is easier.
Getting back to tehem of the post though, i wanted to say my favorite Chritmas song is "Rudoplh, The Red Nosed Reindeer". Go figure.
My least favorite is "Sleigh Ride". I cringe whenever I hear that one. Too frakkin chirpy.

hehe, that sound's like it could be good.
I'll listen to Christmas music except that they play it at work so I'm already sick of it and it's only December 1st. The one Christmas CD I actually own is by Jump5 and I like it because you can rock out to it and still be in the holiday spirit as the same time.
I also like just the instrimental music, Christmas songs without the words. It's a guessing game as to what song they're playing. One song I absolutly love is Carol of the Bells. I also enjoy Frank Sinatra singing carols.
